Board Positions and Elections Directors


The CILA encourages members from the logging, log-hauling, road construction and maintenance, silviculture contractors and suppliers to participate on the board of directors. The CILA attempts to have representation from the various contractor and supplier sectors and geographical regions served by the association to provide local insight to the issues affecting CILA members.

CILA members interested in participating on the board of directors can contact a board member, executive director or administration assistant to find out more about the role of a director. Nominations and elections to the board are held at the Annual General Meeting, generally scheduled in the spring. To find out more about the nomination and election process, please contact a board member or the executive director.

Executive


The board of directors has six executive positions - Chair, Past Chair, 1st and 2nd Vice-Chairs, and two Co-Treasurers. Nominations and elections are held at the Annual General Meeting.
